US aims at breaking Libyan political stalemate in forthcoming Washington meeting

The United States is going to convene a meeting in Washington next week about the Libyan political impasse, reported a top US official on Saturday.
The official went on to add that the US is going to try and resolve the indecisiveness of the Libyan political parties toward the UN-backed Government of National Accord.
“John Kerry, the US Secretary of State, will visit London before and will go through talks to see if the Libyan political stalemate that is hindering the work of the GNA can be dealt with swiftly and effectively.” The official indicated, accrediting to Reuters.
“The US thinks that Libyans must be able to find a way out even if there was no cooperation from other parties because they should not allow a number of spoilers destroy the whole country once and for all.” The US top official was reported as saying.
