Kobler in Cairo after meeting Aqilah Saleh in UAE
The Head of the UNSMIL and UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, has arrived in Cairo, Egypt, to meet Sameh Shukri, the Egyptian Foreign Minister.
The meeting on Monday will also be attended by the EU Commissioner for Immigration Affairs.
The meeting will touch upon the latest news and situation in Libya and how to strengthen the support for the UN-brokered Government of National Accord.
Meanwhile, on Sunday Kobler was in the United Arab Emirates and he wrote on Twitter that he had met with UAE officials and the Speaker of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives, Aqilah Saleh.
