Prominent Misrata Brigade denounces blocking Serraj’s convoy

In a statement released on Friday, Liwa Mahjoub Brigade, based in Misrtata, condemned the attempt to block the convoy of Prime Minister designate of the UN, Fayiz Serraj.

“Serraj” was on his way back to Misrata on Thursday night, after paying his condolences to the victims of the suicide bombing in Zliten, when a group of armed brigade men blocked the western gate to Misrata and threatened to shoot his convoy.
Mahjoub brigade said the man who was behind this action has been sacked following this incident.
