Tobruk parliament approves Skhirat agreement, rejects Serraj government

Tobruk government has rejected the UN-backed Serraj government with 89 votes out of 104 MPS present in the session.
The parliament conditioned the approval of Skhirat agreement with deletion of article (08) that is related to military positions in the government.
It also gave a span of 10 days for the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord (GNA) to reshuffle or it would be replaced.
