British Ambassador to Libya, Peter Millette, welcomes HoR members’ statement of new government approval
The UK’s Ambassador to Libya, Peter Millette, has tweeted Wednesday welcoming the step taken by over a hundred Tobruk parliament members as they issued a statement approving the new cabinet of the Presidential Council.
“It’s a good step towards peace and stability in Libya.” Tweeted Millette.
Tuesday evening, 100 Tobruk MPs announced approval of the new government of the PC in a statement., though until now many voices say this step is illegal and does not give legitimacy to the new government.
