Sorman Municipality member killed in front of his house
Unidentified gunmen have shot dead the municipal member in Sorman, Khalid Al-Taif, in front of his house Tuesday.
The Municipality of Sorman condemned the act in a statement issued earlier, confirming that it will bring the criminals to justice and calling on the Tripoli-based Salvation Government to assume its responsibility toward this heinous crime.
The statement also offered the family of the victim condolences and appreciation for the role of their son in serving his city and country.
Sorman is a city that is located 60 Km to the west of the capital, Tripoli.
