Tripoli mayors urge British, French, Spanish ambassadors to work from “safe Tripoli”
The French, British and Spanish ambassadors have met with Tripoli municipal heads this Thursday afternoon at the Presidential Council’s headquarters in Tripoli.
The meeting discussed many issues of interest to Libya with the European Union countries such as facilitating visa procedures, supporting the municipal councils, as well as fighting illegal immigration, and above all combating ISIS.
The heads of Tripoli municipalities reassured in the meeting that Tripoli is going through a very stale and peaceful secured situation and called on all countries to reopen their embassies in the capital.
