Tripoli: Central Bank embark on resuming funds for students abroad

Libyan Central Bank announced on Monday that it has embarked on transferring funds for Commercial Aviation students, starting from May 2014 to February 2015.
The Central Bank issued a resolution last November state the need for universities abroad to send a document with the students’ daily attendance, in addition to the official financial costs, as prior condition before transferring any scholarship funds.
