John Kerry discusses Libya’s crisis in Saudi Arabia before flying to Vienna for deeper talks

US Secretary of State, John Kerry, held talks in Saudi Arabia Sunday seeking to enlist its support ahead of a potential showdown with Russia at essential talks on the conflicts in Libya, Syria and Yemen.
Saudis’ allies – Cairo and Abu Dhabi – have been major supporters of the Tobruk-based HoR in eastern Libya, which is still obstinate until this moment toward giving endorsement for the UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) and the Presidential Council in Tripoli.
Kerry was to fly to Vienna later on Sunday for the meetings on Libya, Syria and Yemen on Monday and Tuesday.
