A deal in the dark between Haftar’s forces and ISIS militants, says Oil Facilities Guard

The spokesman of the Oil Facilities Guard, Ali Al-Hassi, said Dignity Operation (Karama) forces have made a secret deal with ISIS militants in Derna.
Al-Hassi, said in a statement Saturday that the retreating ISIS militias arrived in the oil crescent area coming from Derna and passing five security checkpoints without being stopped by any of Haftar’s forces or warplanes until they arrived to Brega and were intercepted by Oil Facilities Guard forces.
Al-Hassi added that there were three airbases, Lebrag, Tobruk, and Beneenah, controlled by Haftar’s Dignity forces, yet they did not carry any airstrike to kill the ISIS militants who were at the heart of the desert, which shows that there is a deal between them.
