The Head of the Presidential Council of the UN-backed Government of National Accord, Fayez Al-Serraj, requested a meeting with both governors of the Central Bank of Libya, the Tripoli-based one and its parallel one in Bayda to discuss the ways to get out of the current cash suffocating crisis.

“We should keep the citizens away from the politics were are all involved in, we should work on finding solutions that can put an end to their daily suffering and this can happen only through reasonable fiscal and economic mechanisms.” Al-Serraj indicated.
