Bashagha, British officials discuss counter-terrorism and the migration crisis

Libyan Prime Minister-designate Fathi Bashagha held a series of meetings with British officials in London on Wednesday to discuss his vision for Libya’s recovery.
The Prime Minister tweeted that he had initially held a “closed-door meeting” with British diplomats at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
He subsequently met with British Member of Parliament Tobias Ellwood and Lord George Bridges, both members of the Conservative Party.
“We discussed the importance of our two countries working together on issues of counterterrorism and tackling the migration crisis,” Bashagha stated via Twitter.
