Buraq Air to welcome Libya’s first Embraer 190

Air has announced that it will take delivery of a new Embraer 190 aircraft, marking the first time this model enters service with a Libyan airline.

The privately owned carrier said the addition of the Embraer 190 represents “a new chapter” for the and for Libyan aviation, signalling a more modern and innovative phase in the airline’s fleet development.

The aircraft is scheduled to land at Benghazi’s Benina International Airport, arriving from Portugal.
