China opens digital door for Libyan visa applicants

The Chinese Embassy in Libya has announced a streamlining of visa procedures for Libyan citizens, with a new electronic application system launching on March 17. The initiative aims to accelerate and simplify the visa application process.
According to the Libyan-Chinese Chamber of Economic Cooperation, this development represents “a positive step towards supporting Libyan businessmen and traders in their dealings with the Chinese market.”
The move is expected to facilitate stronger economic ties between the two nations by reducing bureaucratic barriers for Libyan business travelers and traders seeking access to Chinese markets.
