Commander of Benghazi Revolutionaries Shura Council Wissam Ben Hamid isn’t dead
Sources from the Benghazi Revolutionaries Shura Council (BRSC) confirmed that the commander of the council, Wissam Ben Hamid is not dead as said by the media outlets of Khalifa Haftar’s Operation Dignity.
The sources told the Libyan News that the news about Ben Hamid being killed by Operation Dignity forces is not true.
“Wissam Ben Hamid is well and he is still in his position fighting Khalifa Haftar’s Operation Dignity forces off the city of Benghazi.”
Many pro-Operation Dignity media outlets and websites as well as international ones reported that Ben Hamid was killed by some sort of attacks by Haftar’s forces on his position in Benghazi.
