Dbeibah convenes officials to address Tripoli destruction

Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity in Libya, has summoned key officials for an emergency consultation regarding residential damage in Tripoli.
The gathering will bring together the Local Governance Minister, Housing and Utilities Minister, and the Housing and Utilities Authority Director General to address immediate concerns.
The Prime Minister has instructed officials to conduct comprehensive field assessments and establish specialised teams for implementing swift compensation procedures for those whose properties were affected.
This response follows recent episodes of violence across the Libyan capital that resulted in considerable destruction to civilian property and created significant distress among local inhabitants throughout the city’s residential districts.
