Defense Ministry obstacle of the UN-proposed Presidential Council nearly got over with
The dialogue team independent member, Naima Jebreel, said the problem of the minister of defense has been solved, reported Solidarity Press.
“All the authorities of the Minister of Defense will go to the Presidential Council, headed by Fayez Al-Serraj.” She explained.
Over the last week, the PC has gone into a serious predicament over the appointment of a new defense minister for the Government of National Accord signed in Skhirat, Morocco, and backed by the UNSMIL, which obliged Tobruk parliament to delay the reviewing of the new cabinet formation to next Sunday.
