The UN-backed Presidential Council of the UN-backed Government of National Accord (GNA) has taken over the premises of the Housing and Utilities Ministry in Tripoli.

The process of taking the building of the ministry was carried out by the PC member Muhammad Ammari Zayed and was accompanied by the Chief of Tripoli Security Department, Salah Al-Deen Al-Smoye.

On Saturday, the PC announced that it is going to take over state institutions buildings starting Monday regardless of the HoR’s vote, knowing that the HoR has not voted for or against the GNA until now.
