GNC member confirms security preparations are ready for the GNA’s arrival

The General National Congress member, Ahmed Hamouma, said there are security preparations being readied for the entrance of the Government of National Accord to Tripoli.

He added that most of the brigades in Tripoli support the GNA and fear any irrational reactions by some individuals, who are loyal to some brigades that are still clinging to the power chair, according to Hamouma.

He told Press Solidarity Monday that some people might open fire at the Serraj government’s convoy and thus plunge the country into never-ending troubles and conflicts, pointing out that all Libyans are fed up of the current situation and waiting for what is going to happen.
