The member in Tobruk-based HoR, Siham Sergeiwa, said the HoR members are being terrified and threatened with force to hinder the meeting in order to vote for the GNA and amend the constitutional declaration.
In a statement Tuesday, Sirgeiwa said the owner of Dar Essalam hotel, Faraj Al-Obeidi, who has rented the hotel for the HoR to be their meetings headquarters, is putting pressure on the HoR members and threatening them to force them not to pass the GNA.

Sirgeiwa called for holding the HoR meeting outside Tobruk saying the situation is really unsafe as the HoR is being under direct threat with force, pointing out that the security personnel of the HoR were absent.
