HoR Speaker: Endorsing GNA could be delayed or terminated
The Speaker of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives, Aqilah Saleh, said endorsement of the GNA will be delayed or even terminated as the Presidential Council of the GNA is confused and under apparent conflict.
Speaking to Sky News Arabia on Wednesday, Saleh said the Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Serraj, has not resigned from the HoR until today, and the HoR has not voted for the endorsement of the GNA until now as it conditioned to remove Article 8 from the Skhirat agreement to do so.
“Kobler made the situation in Libya more complicated.” He added.
