Japan supports elections in Libya, chargé d’affaires Amadera says

Japan’s chargé d’affaires in Libya Masaki Amadera said that his country supports Libyan people’s aspirations for holding elections and achieving stability in the country.

This came during his meeting with the head of the High National Elections Commission Emad Sayah in Tripoli on Wednesday.

According to the electoral commission, both sides exchanged views on the current political situations in Libya and ways of supporting the ongoing efforts to hold the elections soon.
