Kobler: I feel sorry for those killed in Derna airstrikes

The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, has condemned the killing of civilians in Derna by air bombing that took place Thursday in which a woman and two children were killed.
On Facebook Friday, Kobler said the places crowded with residents must not be targeted, saying targeting civilians is considered a war crime and can be sent to the ICC.
Kobler added that those who kill civilians in Libya must go to the Hague and be held accountable for such crimes, adding that the ICC is conducting new investigations in new war crimes in Libya.
