Kobler in Paris: Libya is progressing toward stability

United Nations delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, said Libya is making “important progress” in that its unity government has now secured control over the central bank and the national oil company.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said a key challenge for Libya is rebuilding its army.
