Kobler: New Libyan Army will include all society components

In a joint presser with Abdelrahman Al-Sweihli, the Head of the State Supreme Council, Martin Kobler – the UN delegate to Libya – said the new Libyan Army will include all society components.
Kobler confirmed Friday that the army will represent all Libyans whether in the west, east, or south.
He also called on Libyans to unite in their fight against ISIS terrorists and be under the command of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord, Fayez Al-Serraj.
“All army units that care legitimate will be included under the arms ban lifting, the UN will support this step.” Kobler added.
