Kobler: Tobruk Parliament is the only legitimate body to approve GNA

The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, said Tobruk Parliament is the sole legitimate entity to endorse the Government of National Accord that resulted from the Skhirat agreement signed in Morocco back on December 17, 2015.
In a tweet Sunday, Kobler urged the Parliament to hold a session to carry out a democratic and free vote of confidence for the GNA proposed cabinet.
“It is about time all Libyans have reconciled and have shaken hands in discard of all misunderstanding and hostilities, Libyans want and deserve peace and prosperity.” Kobler added.
Worth mentioning that the President of Tobruk Parliament, Aqilah Saleh, asked the MPS Saturday to meet at the Parliament to vote for the endorsement of the GNA.
