Kobler urges Libyans to renounce division in Ramadan
The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, said all Libyans must renounce division, saying Ramadan is the time for charity, reconciliation, and forgiveness.
Kobler urged in a tweet Monday Libyans to be united and to discard conflicts in the holy month of Ramadan.
