Libyan coast guard rescues 250 illegal immigrants

The Coast Guard of Tripoli area, managed to rescue 250 illegal immigrants, 93 women and 26 children, on two rubber boats, about 30 miles north of Garabolli.

The rescue operation was carried out by the Coast Guard Operations Room early Thursday.

The illegal immigrants, with different African nationalities, were handed over to the illegal immigration control center.
