Libya’s Foreign Minister Meets Turkish Ambassador

Foreign Minister Taher Al-Baour met with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Güven Begeç, to discuss enhancing mutual cooperation across various sectors. Both officials underscored the depth of historic and strategic relations between the two nations.
Al-Baour commended Turkey’s role in supporting stability efforts in Libya, emphasising the importance of strengthening partnership between the two countries to advance development and progress.
Turkish Ambassador Begeç reaffirmed his country’s commitment to supporting Libya in building a sustainable future.
He emphasised the importance of enhancing cooperation in economic, political and cultural fields to serve mutual interests and contribute to regional security and stability.
