Misurata forces close in on ISIS terrorists in Sirte city center
The media office of the military operation to liberate Sirte from ISIS, Albunyan Almarsous (Steadfastness) has announced that the Misurata forces and other forces appointed for the battle by the Presidential Council have advanced on all frontlines in Sirte and are now on the brink of clashing with the militants near Ouagadougou Hall, the headquarters of ISIS terrorists.
Meanwhile, Wednesday was an epic day for the forces as they captured many districts and locations from the grip of ISIS militants. They seized Abu Hadi roundabout, Al-Jarif camp, Tagrift camp, Al-Thahair district, Al-Gharaibat bridge, and Al-Zaafaran roundabout.
However, the battle cost Albunyan Almarsous 19 dead fighters and almost 95 injured ones, most of whom left the hospital of Misurata after receiving medical treatment, while some simple injuries obliges some fighters to remain at the hospital.
