Presidential Council appoints new ministers
The UN-brokered Presidential Council (PC) appointed Sunday Osama Saleh as a Minister of Finance for the Government of National Accord (GNA) as per the PC law (no.12) for 2016.
The PC also appointed a number of deputies.
It assigned the deputy of the Ministry of Finance to Abu Bakir Al-Jafal, and the deputy of the Foreign Ministry to Tariq Bu Nasira, as well as the deputy of The Local Governance Ministry to Ali Shanbaro.
The PC had already accepted the resignations of Justice Minister, Finance Minster, and Ministers of Economy, Industry, and National Reconciliation without making public the reasons why they quit.
