Presidential Council forms Jufra-Sirte military operations room to fight ISIS
The Head of the Presidential Council of the GNA, Fayez Al-Serraj ordered Friday the formation of a military operations room from Jufra to Sirte under the command of ‘Mohamed Ahmad Bhiej, to fight the ISIS militants trapped inside the city of Sirte.
The resolution No. (5) of the year 2016 , said that “it prohibits any military or paramilitary force from any combat operation , within the borders of this area” to take part in the fight without permission from the GNA’s military operations room.
