Serraj governmen Media Bureau: Serraj met Haftar to end war in Benghazi

Fayiz Al-Serraj, the Head of the Presidential Council of the UN-backed Government of National Accord, met Khalifa Haftar, the leader of Dignity (Karama) Operation, and discussed how to find a solution to the ongoing war in Benghazi, clarified the Media Bureau of the GNA.

In a statement Saturday, the Media Bureau explained that Serraj’s visit is one in a series he intends to pay to all the parties that have an impact on the current crisis aiming at listening to their visions about how to put an end to the complicated conflict on the ground.

“Fayiz Al-Serraj is working on a down-to-earth proposal to be presented to the Presidential Council of the GNA to find out a solution that comes straight from the everyday complications we are living in Lubya.” The Media Buruea added.
