Serraj government postpones formation of members

The Presidency Council of Serraj government has put off the announcement of forming its government due to lack of concord regarding the formation itself.
The Serraj government was supposed to announce Sunday the formation of its government based on the agreement signed in Skhirat, Morocco on December 17, 2015.
