Chairman of the National Oil Corporation in Libya talks cooperating endeavors with Egypt

The chairman of the National Oil Corporation(NOC), Eng. Mustafa Sannallah, discussed with the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in Egypt Eng. Tariq Al Mulla the prospects of joint cooperation in the oil fields between the two countries.

The meeting, held in Cairo, also addressed the technical needs the Libyan oil sector is facing, in which Egyptian companies may be able to contribute to its rehabilitation such as the infrastructure of oil and gas networks and the maintenance and establishment of new reservoirs, in addition to, technical and assistance services, training and specialized technical rehabilitation as well as conferences and exhibitions.

The meeting resulted in an agreement to hold the first conference between specialized technical committees from both the Libyan and Egyptian side in January 2018.
