Tobruk Parliament has failed for the fifth time successively to reach quorum to hold its session in which it is expected to carry out a vote of approval for the GNA cabinet that is suggested by the UN-backed Presidential Council headed by Fayez Al-Serraj.

Tobruk MPs refrained from attending the session on Tuesday even after many appeals by the President of the Parliament, Aqilah Saleh, who urged Monday all the members to attend the session, as it is important for the country.

Up until today, Tobruk Parliament failed to reach the legal quorum required for the meeting that will establish for the endorsement of the Government of the National Accord.
