Tripoli’s GNC: Al-Sisi’s statement about military action in Libya is irresponsible
The Political Commission in the General National Congress condemned in a statement Tuesday the irresponsible statements of the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, as he urged the international community to conduct a military action in Libya with the excuse of fighting terrorism.
The Political Commission condemned the stark declaration of Al-Sisi about military action in Libya, confirming that Libyans are always ready to defend their country.
It also called on the international community to draw a fine line at the way of the Egyptian intervention in Libya and its escalation of the war in Libya by backing up Khalifa Haftar, whom it described as coup General.
