US blacklists Libya’s ISIS militants as terrorists posing threats to its security

The US has placed ISIS terrorists on the black list of terror organisations as per its INA law, article 219 of the immigration law.
The US State Department explained that this step aims at sanctioning foreigners who are or could be doing terrorist acts that pose threats to the US security.
The decision bans all Americans from helping or providing those blacklisted organisations with financial or other kind if support, and the US will freeze the assets of any one related to them in the US.
