US envoy to Libya says current situation in Ajdabia necessitates a unified military institution
The US envoy to Libya, Jonathan Winer, has said that the current situation in Ajdabia necessitates a unified military and security institution in Libya.
On Twitter Tuesday, Winer welcomed the agreement made by the EU saying it us so significant that it would boost abilities to fight human smuggling in the Mediterranean and provide training for the Libyan Coast Guard.
