UK Royal Navy sends backup fleet off Libyan coast
The UK Royal Navy Forces have announced that they have sent a backup fleet of ships to support the one already existing off the Libyan coast in the Mediterranean.
The Royal Navy of the United Kingdom tweeted Sunday that a fleet named Royal Fleet will be sent to Libya to help stop the flow of weapons and ammunition to terrorists in the country, especially ISIS militants, who are still resisting Misurata-led forces in Sirte.
“Royal Fleet Auxiliary Mounts Bay will be deployed to stop the flow of weapons to terrorists, particularly Daesh in Libya” Said the Royal Navy on Twitter.
