A German surgeon to arrive in Tobruk hospital
The Head of hospitals administration in Al-Thanni government in Tobruk Parliamnet, Dr. Emad Al-Jwiefi, said that the German surgeon, Maximillian Baschner, arrives in Tobruk health center next Sunday to conduct nerve-system and brain surgeries.
Al-Jweifi said the German doctor will do some operations in the Tobruk health center as agreed.
Tobruk government is based in the east and its rival government, Salvation Government is located in the west in Tripoli are both worried over bad effects of the health sectors on citizens.
