Barcelona wins La Liga 24th title, Rel Madrid finishes second
Barcelona has been crowned Primera Division champions for the 24th time after a Luis Suarez hat trick saw them to a 3-0 win at Granada.
Barcelona had gone into their final game of the season with a one-point advantage over second-placed Real Madrid and they made no mistake at Los Carmenes as they claimed victory for a fifth successive game.
