The Libyan Tobruk-based Parliament convened Monday night a session and held voting for the labelling of Muslim Brotherhood Group as a terrorist organization.

Over 20 members were attending the session in Tobruk and voted for branding Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist group, in an attempt to befriend the US, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE to get more support for their military man Khalifa Haftar, who is launching an attack on Tripoli.

Over 50 HoR members, who oppose the war on Tripoli, have been convening parliament sessions in Tripoli, which was rendered by Tobruk-based HoR’s spokesmen Abdullah Bleheeq as illegitimate.

Bleheeq said the parliament sessions are legitimate in Benghazi and Tobruk only.

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, with blessings from the US, France and Russia, are backing up Haftar’s military operations in Tripoli against the UN-backed Government of National Accord.
