Jean Marc Eyrlaut: Chaos in Libya and other conflict-stricken countries is eminent threat to EU structure

The French Foreign Secretary, Jean Marc Eyrlaut, stated that the conflicts ongoing now in Libya, Syria and Iraq have threatened Europe and resulted in thousands of migrants, making the risk of terrorist attacks so eminent.
France’s Foreign Secretary said at the German Parliament on Wednesday: “Europe failed to prepare for Arab Spring revolutions, and I warn against the threat those failed countries pose to the EU structure due to the failure to organize the influx of refugees and the possible British exit from the EU.
The Minister cited as an example the reaction to the influx of refugees, and said he regretted delay of mechanism for distribution of migrants over the EU countries.
