Kobler: Libya’s constitution is the path for peace and stability

The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, met Saturday with members from the Constitution Drafting Assembly in Tunisia and told them that their work will establish the path for peace and stability in Libya, reminding them that “Libya’s future in their hands”.
Kobler tweeted that he told the CDA members he is meeting with them because they have got a clear vision for Libya, pointing out that when dealing with politicians, he uses tactics, but in their case he does not.
” We won’t intervene in the drafting of the constitution at all because Libya is your country and you are free to choose whatever state type you prefer.” He added.
Regarding the boycotting members of the CDA, Kobler said he would urge them to rejoin the work because there is no use for boycott now, any change can take place internally, he concluded.
