Kobler meets deputy head of Presidential Council, Al-Gotrani in Cairo
The UN delegate to Libya, Martin Kobler, has met this morning the boycotting deputy head if the Presidential Council of the UN-backed GNA, Ali Al-Gotrani.
The Cairo-held meeting was fruitful, Kobler tweeted and added that he appreciates Al-Gotrani’s honesty and clarity, pointing out that the dialogue is the only road that can lead to peace in Libya.
