Kobler urges for ceasefire after announcing Serraj government

Following Rome conference that was held Tuesday, UN delegate Martin Kobler tweeted a call on Libyans to cease fire across the country temporarily for humanitarian reasons.

Kobler said on his twitter: “I suggested to Rome conference to have regular humanitarian ceasefires in conflicting areas.”

He also added “Aid must be delivered regularly to affected people”

Rome hosted a conference on Libya’s crisis Tuesday in the Foreign Ministry headquarters with delegates from 17 countries.
