The Libyan Foreign Minister of the Government of National Accord, Mohamed Sayala, has arrived in South Korea for talks about mutual relations, cooperation in development projects and return of Korean firms to work in Libyan suspended projects.

Sayala met in Seoul on Monday with South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha at the foreign ministry office for bilateral talks, Yonhap reported.
