Libyan tribesmen support Seventh Brigade and call for liberating Tripoli

Gathering of Tribes and Cities of Libya was held in Tarhouna on Saturday to voice support for the Seventh Brigade and the backup forces in their operation to “Purify Tripoli.”

The meeting reiterated the need for ending the militias; control on Tripoli and the governmental institutions in there, giving the Presidential Council three days to dissolve the militias before they take action.

They also demanded the current political bodies to leave power and set a date for electing a legislative body that takes over responsibilities till elections come, which they said should be held by the end of next March the latest.
