Tripoli mulls over multi-floor parking
the Municipality of Tripoli announced that it is studying with some engineers to build a number of multi-floor parking building around the city to end the ongoing traffic congestion in the capital.
The decision came by the Municipality upon growing discontent by citizens in the capital, who are obliged to remain in blocked roads for hours on a daily basis.
